All herbal tea and wellness products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Order confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Product packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), eSewa, Khalti, and major debit/credit cards. Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched, except for COD orders.
Price changes We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
International orders For international shipments, the final shipping cost will be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. Additional customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery & Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

Delivery areas We deliver across Nepal and internationally. Delivery times vary by location — typically 2–5 business days within Kathmandu Valley and 4–8 days for other areas of Nepal.
Delivery charges Delivery fees depend on your location and are shown at checkout before you place your order. Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders.
Delivery responsibility Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible returns Products are eligible for return if they arrive damaged, are incorrect, or have a manufacturing defect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective.
Refund process Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or digital wallet.
